	Sacred Lives The symbolic digital portraits that comprise the series "Sacred Lives" have their inspiration taken from the artwork found on Mexican devotional candles, or novenas. The objects in each portrait have meaning, and each subject has an emblematic "angel" beside them. In these portraits Green expresses her belief that every individual's life is sacred, full of trauma and joy, full of ordinary and sublime moments.

	the art of jackass The cultural phenomenon that is the "jackass" film and television series has intrigued and delighted me for the past 10 years. The opening on October 14, 2010 in Los Angeles was much fun. Here are some pretty pictures I've made that have been inspired by the truly gnarly cast and crew.
